He is the President, CEO of 3 Security Guard and Private Investigations firms, 1 Security Guard Training School, and a Green Cleaning Service Company.
He started his career in the Security Guard Industry at the age of 18 and worked every type of site from Retail to Residential and had held all positions from Security Officer to Director of Operations by the age of 21 years old.
At 21 years old, he joined a Law Enforcement Agency in New York City and worked his way up to Police Sergeant within 5 years. At the age of 25 years old (the legal age one has to be in order to obtain a WGPA License in New York City), he started his first Security Guard Company in NYC for less than $4,500 in 2008.
The first year in business he made $45,000 in sales and managed to double and triple his company’s revenue every single year to over 1 million dollars in sales per year, with NO investors or business partners. Two years after starting his first Security Guard Company, he launched a successful Green Cleaning Company, and one year later he launched a Security Guard Training Facility in NYC.
He is a certified NYSDCJ Security Guard instructor, Certified FEMA Instructor of Weapons of Mass Destruction, and First Responders and certified Instructor for Homeland Security. He has personally designed and implemented security details for an array of top-level VIPs to include but not limited to Celebrities, Dignitaries, and Political Figures. His current Security Guard Companies and Partnerships provides Security Guard Services Nationwide and Internationally with 5 National Security Guard Service Contracts.
He has taken his immense amount of personal and business knowledge of law enforcement and the Private Security Guard Industry and combined it with his passion for teaching, speaking, and helping others to create this extremely unique opportunity to help create the future CEO's of tomorrow’s Security Guard Industry today!
